 "Hidilyn Champ-orado"   inihanda ng PAL chef para kay Hidilyn Diaz Plus VIP treatment mula sa PAL. Isang pagkaing Pinoy ang ikinabit sa pangalan ni 2020 Tokyo Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz. Nang pabalik na si Hidilyn sa Pilipinas noong July 28, 2021 lulan ng PR427 ng Philippine Airlines, sinabi ni Cielo Villaluna, spokesperson ng PAL, na naghanda ang chef ng "special dish" para sa kauna-unahang Pinoy na nakasungkit ng gold medal sa Olympics. Sabi ni Villaluna sa panayam ng Teleradyo, "We have made a special dish for Hidilyn. Our chef prepared Hidilyn Champ-orado. Ang cute, 'no?"
